Operations Management Service

Maximize AI augmentation for your business

Clarity keeps a contractor’s estimates, proposals, projects and work orders on one job, in your company’s own words, so the office and the field are reading the same thing.

For mechanical, plumbing, controls and service contractors.

An example job in Clarity: two estimates won on one proposal, the budget they became, and the first work order.
The product

One job, start to finish

Every piece of work starts under a project. What hangs off it — estimates, proposals, the budget, work orders, tasks — stays on it, so a job’s history is in one place.

  • Estimating

    Estimates that hold their price

Lines, groups and assemblies, priced from your rate tables. A unit cost is frozen on the line when it’s added; refreshing prices is a button someone presses, never a side effect.

  • Proposals

    One proposal, many estimates

Price a base bid and its alternates together for one customer, with margin per estimate or per line. Finalize locks a version, and a revision never unlocks the last one.

  • Award

    Won work becomes the budget

Award ticks the estimates the customer took and closes the rival proposals. Convert writes the job’s budget from the locked lines, once.

  • Projects

    A board of every job

Status, type, owners, due dates and the companies on the job, changed where they stand. Every status means open, active or closed underneath and says your word on top.

  • Work orders

    Service calls and contracts

A demand call opens its job on the spot. A maintenance contract opens one for each visit on its cadence, and appointments put a time and a technician on the board.

  • Workflow

    Tasks that set themselves up

Automations run on what happens to a record: tell the people who need to know, or stamp a task template onto the job so the next steps are already there.

How it behaves

Built the way contractors already work

  1. Your words, not ours

Statuses, project types, divisions, cost-code categories, even what you call an estimate: your administrators keep them, and every screen says them back.

  2. A bid stays as it was sent

Next quarter’s price list never rewrites last quarter’s bid. Prices refresh only when someone asks, and a locked version is never written again.

  3. Nothing goes missing

Records are archived, never deleted, and every change is a line in the record’s history, so a job’s story stays whole from bid to closeout.
